01. Project Overview

Recently, Suzhou Lunan successfully completed the bulk shipment of its 52.8MW photovoltaic mounting system project, which has now crossed the ocean to arrive in Venezuela, a country in South America. This project involves the El Vigia 52.8 MW (AC side) / 55.01 MW (DC side) photovoltaic power plant, located in Alberto Adriani Municipality, Mérida State, Venezuela. Leveraging its outstanding product quality and strong technical expertise, Suzhou Lunan is providing the solar power station with the necessary PV mounting structures and related supporting products, playing a vital role in accelerating the project's construction.

Our production line boasts exceptional flexible manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to seamlessly adjust process parameters and equipment configurations—easily accommodating dimensional variations across different products, thereby fully meeting customers' diverse customization needs for multiple product specifications. Specifically for the Venezuelan photovoltaic mounting project, the支架 (brackets) feature a standardized, modular design and are prefabricated entirely within our facility. This enables quick on-site assembly by customers, significantly boosting installation efficiency while substantially reducing their operational costs. In terms of structural design, we’ve opted for high-strength galvanized steel and employed finite element analysis along with optimized structural calculations, ensuring the brackets exhibit outstanding resistance to wind and seismic forces. This makes them perfectly capable of withstanding the region’s challenging and ever-changing climatic conditions with maximum safety and reliability. Additionally, the photovoltaic mounting structure is coated with both hot-dip galvanized and zinc-aluminum-magnesium layers, providing superior protection against corrosion in highly humid environments. As a result, the project can maintain stable and dependable performance throughout its entire lifecycle, delivering excellent long-term economic benefits.
