Recently, Suzhou Lunan The first batch of rooftop distributed photovoltaic brackets bound for Singapore has been successfully shipped. Singapore's 20MW Distributed Rooftop Photovoltaic Project. Given Singapore's tropical climate, Lunan specially customized these brackets for the batch. Specialized processes for corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability, Fully adapted to the local tropical climate conditions.
In terms of corrosion-resistant technology, Suzhou Lunan has adopted a specialized anti-corrosion coating treatment tailored for Singapore's coastal environment, which is prone to frequent high-salt-mist conditions. This advanced coating can withstand 5,000 hours of salt-spray erosion—far exceeding local standard requirements—effectively protecting the支架 from coastal corrosion and significantly extending its service life. Additionally, the company has chosen a new type of aluminum alloy profile as the primary material for the支架. Aluminum alloys inherently possess natural corrosion-resistant properties, and when combined with the robust anti-corrosion coating, this synergistic approach further enhances the overall durability and longevity of the支架 in harsh marine environments.
In terms of high-temperature and high-humidity resistance technology, extreme environmental condition tests were conducted, demonstrating stable operation even under a high-temperature environment of 60°C, thereby ensuring the proper functionality of the bracket. Additionally, the bracket's structural design thoroughly addresses heat dissipation needs by optimizing component placement to minimize heat buildup in high-temperature conditions. This prevents localized overheating that could compromise bracket performance, guaranteeing reliable long-term operation in Singapore's tropical, high-temperature climate.
This project is located in the southeastern area of Singapore, where a large-scale 20MW distributed rooftop photovoltaic project for industrial buildings is rapidly advancing. The project aligns closely with the core requirement of the local new park plan—to vigorously promote renewable energy generation through photovoltaics—leveraging factory rooftops as platforms for green energy development. By efficiently converting solar resources, the project will not only significantly reduce the region’s carbon emission intensity but also help Suzhou Lunan contribute to the expansion and upgrade of Singapore’s clean energy system, injecting fresh momentum into its transition toward a low-carbon, sustainable, and modern photovoltaic renewable energy park.
