(I) Offshore Photovoltaic: A Breakthrough from Nearshore to Deep-Sea
The 1,800-megawatt offshore photovoltaic project currently under construction in the Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province waters is the province's first offshore photovoltaic demonstration project. With a total investment of 14.4 billion yuan, it utilizes corrosion-resistant grid platform technology suitable for water depths of 6-15 meters. It is expected to generate an average annual power generation of 2.75 billion kWh, equivalent to an annual saving of 840,000 tons of standard coal. The advancement of this project not only provides clean electricity to the Bohai Rim region but also explores engineering standards and operation and maintenance models for deep-sea photovoltaic development, accumulating experience for the three-dimensional development of "offshore granary + photovoltaic power station." (II) Plateau Photovoltaic: A Demonstration of Collaborative Ecological Protection and Energy Development The 250 MW Anqu PV power station in Hongyuan, Sichuan, has achieved full grid connection at an altitude of 4,010 meters, creating an innovative "grid-connected energy storage + ecological restoration" model. Intelligent control technology ensures the stability of the grid, which features a high proportion of renewable energy. A 2-meter-high support structure reduces shading from the grassland and promotes vegetation recovery, creating a virtuous cycle of "power generation above and livestock farming below." The project generates 450 million kWh of electricity annually and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 400,000 tons, setting a benchmark for the coordinated development of "photovoltaic + ecology" on the western Sichuan Plateau.
(III) Industrial and Commercial Photovoltaic: Reconstructing the Revenue Model under Market-Based Electricity Pricing
With the "430" and "531" policy deadlines approaching, Shandong, Guangdong, and other provinces are experiencing a rush to install industrial and commercial photovoltaic systems. Shandong Province allows businesses to choose to participate in electricity market transactions for 15% of their electricity consumption, flexibly adapting to spot market price fluctuations. Guangdong Province is promoting a pilot program for "inter-wall electricity sales" in industrial parks, reducing corporate electricity costs through direct supply of green electricity. Against this backdrop, companies like Tongwei and Trina Solar have launched high-power modules (such as the Tongwei 210N module, which reaches 725W). These, combined with photovoltaic and energy storage solutions (such as the Sige New Energy commercial and industrial hybrid inverter), have increased project returns by 0.3%-0.5%, effectively offsetting the uncertainty in returns brought about by market-based electricity pricing.
